Avneesh Singh

Mr. Avneesh Singh is the President at Shiv Nadar School.

Avneesh is an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), Hyderabad with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Marketing, Strategy & Leadership) and has a Bachelor’s in Technology (Mining Engineering) from the Indian Institute of Technology – ISM (IIT-ISM), Dhanbad.

A distinguished leader with over 15 years of experience, Avneesh has assumed various leadership roles in prominent institutions across India. He started his career with Infosys Technologies Limited as a Software Engineer for Banking & Capital Markets post which he joined Emergent Ventures India as a Senior Consultant – Carbon Advisory Business. His Post-Graduation led Avneesh to HCL Technologies Noida as a Global Engagement Manager - Engineering and R&D Services. In 2013, he joined Oakridge International School, Vishakhapatnam as the School Director followed by a similar stint with the flagship Oakridge Newton Campus at Gachibowli, Hyderabad. He was later promoted as the Regional Director – Hyderabad Region with Oakridge Schools. In 2020, he joined Millennium Schools as Director – Schools, where he was responsible for the successful growth and nationwide expansion of 25+ schools in their journey of delivering quality education at an affordable price. In 2019, he was recognized as one of the “Top 20 High Impact Leaders in Education” by Future 50 schools, Fortune Magazine and Univariety.

Born in Lucknow and brought up across Delhi and Varanasi, Avneesh is an avid reader, loves traveling, and remains dedicated in his pursuit of fitness.
